This guy was a custom to look like the cover of volume 2 of Batman no mans land. he is made up of 4 different figures

cape and cowl: DCSH series 1 batman
head: DCSH series 3 batman
torso: ML Sentry
Arms: DCSH series 1 batman
gloves: Mattel Series 1 batman 2003
pelvis and quads: DcSH superman
Belt: DCSH series 1 batman
lower legs: series 2 and 1 batman

then real mini barbed wire around the hands with dual batarangs.
