A repaint of the McFarlane Ultramarine. Used Tamiya metallic acrylics for weathering and other additional paint apps, Vallejo black acrylic for a wash and touch-ups, and Citadel Macragge Blue (which thankfully matched the base figure) for correcting mishaps. Topped with a light gloss coat because I prefer my Space Marines to be just a bit glossy.

The only major change was the ankle articulation — I cut around the medial discs and the foot sockets to give it much better ankle articulation (as in, it can actually plant its feet for wide stances, unlike the base release).

This was actually completed a long time ago and is the second custom action figure I've ever done. Even though it's really rough (especially in hindsight), I'm still proud of what I accomplished at the time.
