Swapped the legs for MCU Mandarin and the head for The Hood. Sculpted the sleeves, crotch, headgear and head. Used a jacket from Cannonball, glove cuffs are Blink boot tops and a belt from AoA Cyclops. Used craft foam for the thigh straps. Effect is blister plastic sprayed silver and scored with a circle cutter.

Nice! Looking at this, I realize I could fill out the cheeks and use the Hood head for an Elvis action figure
