So for this one, I actually started with the official Target Exclusive Commander William Riker figure. It's the only time Playmates produced a 5" figure with the First Contact through Nemesis movie uniforms. But to make Riker a little screen accurate, I swapped the head with an All Good Things Admiral Riker head (the likeness is so much better), resculpted and repainted his hair, adding a few gray highlights and lowering the pompadour hairstyle from the TNG/Generations days. For a uniform upgrade, I repainted the shoulder quilts a darker grey and recoated the rest of the uniform in a glossy black.
