Comic head is a GI Joe mocie Storm Shadow with craft foam hair and the cartoon style head is a modified Toybiz Nightcrawler. Sculpted the stomach and chest with Aves Apoxie Sculpt and added craft foam harness, lapels, kneepads and boot spikes. Cape is from Citizen V and hands are from MCU Mandarin and generic fists with sculpted rings.
