Probably my favorite of my most recent projects. Zandar was created using the body from the GI Joe Classified Zartan, legs from Beachhead, boots from Flint and a 3D printed head from onepercase on Etsy. His scarf is a modified version of the one that came with Sgt. Stalker, the shoulder pads are cut from Zartan's torso armor and the other accessories come from a random assortment of Marvel Legends and other GI Joe Classified fodder.

His torso was basically repainted from top to bottom and all of the visible flesh, including his face was topcoated with a varnish mixed with photochromic pigment powder that allows him to change color in the sun.
