I have no idea who this character is or what show he's from, but I was asked to make him and I've been working on it for over a year (mostly because of a false start caused by a defective base figure.) The Night Brother was a convenient base toy since he had no shirt and the same type of pants, the belts and metal things are craft foam, coated with a layer of krazy glue to give it a glossy metallic finish. His hair is hand sculpted out of apoxie.
