Bigger Colossus is always the best Collossus! Weird to think that, before the release of the 80th figure I've seen the other way around with the Select version, where the modding involved dremeling the legs and torso size to reduce him for being more suitable for Legends Scale. I believe there still may be video tutorials showing about that method.

Awesome !!! I did a similar mod to both of my Legends Colossus figs by switching out the arms from the biceps like you indicated ( the Legends Colossus has big, ugly forearms and wrist gauntlets ) but I only swapped the feet between the two figures. Looking at your kitbash, I think I like the extra height a tad better.

Sweet thanks yeah absolutely the extra height helped him seem more like the 7’5” he is supposed to be especially against figures like Omega Red at 6’11” who is basically the same height as Colossus before the mods and Savage Hulk who is 7’6”

That's insane how easy that sounds, I may have to do it myself. Your custom looks so good, you can't even tell it's not just a factory figure. Really great job!

That looks great! Was it a simple swap of parts or was there a little more work involved to bring everything together?

Yeah it was crazy how easy it was just heat up the arms at the biceps and swap out and heat up and pop the leg joint out at the upper knee then maybe a little paint to blend the silvers etc…. Also the 80th Colossus open hands can still be interchangeable in the Selects wrist peg holes 😁
