Used the MCU America Chavez figure as the base, sculpted the details to be based on her original PS1 look.
The belt came from a GI Joe Classified figure, with some modifications.
The back pouch & Bandanna came from some Fortnite fodder. I gave her a spare Hood gun for the pistol.
