I was always wondering why Toon Irma looks not like in TMNT cartoon series, but rather like from Looney Tunes or something (no offense!). She is dressed like a parrot. Once I decided to restore historical and authentic truth for this poor maiden. But I ended in just a repaint, without any interfere in the figure itself. It seemed to me not worth to remove her backpack and a sweater, as they looks not bad and quite suitable.
I thought I commented on this one but I do recall seeing it I must've commented on some else's Irma but I think it's great she gets some love the other night you popped into me head after completing my Irma its not accurate it's of my own interpretation
