Another Commission for a friend. Always wanted to get to these guys si it was good to finally get to it- more of these in '09 I'm sure. The biggest problem we ran into with this custom was finding a hologram of a swamp molusk that was the proper size- we couldn't. We did find a super high quality spider hologram on glass though, so we decided to roll with that and update him a bit. Lots of apoxy a careful glueing with more apoxy to reinforce it. ONe of my favorite 80's lines and all time favorite villians so I'm happy. Lemme know what you think.
This reminds me of a toy set I used to have. I can't remember the name or where they come from. I vaguely remember having a boat or something like that. I do remember them having helmets and something on they're chest. I had a bunch of them and I really loved them at the time. Unfortunately I was your typical kid and played with them all around the house and in the tub, etc., now they're all gone. What was the name of the toy line? Oh....and nice job on all the sculpting as always!
