I bought the Mr negative and demon 2 pack, cut of Mr negatives tie and after taking him apart I painted his shirt, and sculpted onto his hair to get it to look more kiryu, then I painted the head and hair and took the fist from the demon and bam he was done.


Originally I got the two pack to make both kiryu and majima but the demon’s proportions just didn’t match majima, and I was gonna 3D print the head but I just couldn’t get the size done so I repainted the original head.


It’s funny I actually beat yakuza kiwami the day after I finished this figure
