So I've made a Thunderbolts Punisher before but was never fully happy with it. After using a GI Joe Classified Snake Eyes previously as a tactical Punisher, I decided to use the body again to create this Thunderbolts version. I removed all the accessories and used the extra parts from GI Joe Classified Cobra Trooper, including the neck piece and weapons. Top it off with a red skull decal and it's complete!
