This is Killer Klown Moe. Named for his "Mo"Hawk hairstyle. Moe comes with two accessories: a heart shaped box of chocolates and a gun. He has articulation at the neck, shoulders, wrists, and Ankles. This clown looked a little different in two scenes of the movie. In a early scene he is much taller and bigger, and a later scene he is shorter. This custom was based on the shorter version seen later in the movie. He was made entirely from super sculpey. Project time was about 5 days.
