Mullet mod, with a few other simple adjustments. Cut the back of the hair from the Sauron wave Bishop, glued and sculpted around it with kneedsdite to be seamless. Also sculpted the sides of the hair to match the texture, and added the curls to the front. Painted the boots, lowered the belt a little, and added the base of the yellow stripes that were unpainted. Finished it off with a black wash on the gun and a matte finish all around.
