I've made Dr. Starline a couple times before, and just like my last one I used a mega construx mini with 3D printed parts based on models made by my friend, but a cool bonus is this figure had boot cut swivels, adding some more articulation that my customs which used this base didn't have before. So now my custom actually matches the official Jazwares figures in points of articulation.
