Used a head from Arcade, boots from MCU Starlord, forearms from Retro Human Torch and hands from Fox Magneto. Sculpted the costume details and hair with Aves Apoxie Sculpt. Effects are blister plastic sprayed gold with black hole punched darice craft foam circles.
