In his days playing in his dads yards; He saw a messengers bag. His gut said no but his curiosity got to him. This messengers bag was dirty but still looked intact. As he hid behind the garage to look at its contents and rat jumped out. As Jasher jumped back in fear of being bitten the spoke to him and said the bag was magical and he could control and speak to rats so long as he had the bag on him. The Rat who he named Huey also said at night the bag lets out a magical horde of spiders that glow in the dark. these spiders are a little harder to control. The spiders go out and collect energy and food to feed the bag. Huey explained why the spiders fed on energy and food. It is a Whatever bag. Similar to a forever bag the whatever bag contains whatever you desire. In time we can only tell what he will desire. Money, Games, Cars Or more animals to control.
