Been a while since I made a Whisper figure, and now Jakks has made a much better figure to use as a base with Rouge. Her boots, Variable Wispon accessory, and both heads are 3D printed, the cloak is a denim scrap. I redesigned her neck peg so that the heads can be easily swapped around without being loose or wobbly.

she can hold the wispon, but I might have made it a little too big since it's kind of unwieldy there...
