Found this loose Red Hood at my lcs for only $6 even though I already had him I said why not had many ideas for him but ultimately went with a character that in my opinion looks so darn cool to me I love those blacked out tactical figures so I said why not try to reattempt him I tried and viola real easy and quick

Would do you suggest trim the bottoms a bit take them off or find new shoulder pads cuz that's funny you say that cuz initially I was going to use these Batman shoulder pads but decided against it hey anything I could do better let me know no matter how critical it may seem I wanna learn thanks Max always a pleasure my ninja

Hm, if you're asking, maybe some spikes or smth like that will mask that medieval plates? Or you may use the same black thing as for Pumpkinsher, pretending that's Venom's slime. The point is to mask the edges somehow.

You're welcome, dude!
I used spikes in my Tora custom in order to improve his shoulders.
And I always prefer to sculpt something over rather than to trim the existing parts.
