Bruenor Battlehammer King of the Dwarven stronghold known as Mithril Hall. Bruenor is one of the main characters of R.A. Salvatore's Icewind Dale Forgotten Realms books series. These novels were recently put into comicbook form by DDP comics.
I used a ML (newer) Sabretooth figure as the base model. I cut part of his legs off to make him a bit more dwarven like. His head was switched with a Lord of the Rings figure. From there I used bits of leather and scrap material to make his hide armor and under clothes.
His trade mark one horned battle helm and beard were crafted from sculpty. His axe head was also made from sculpty. His plate armor was made from sheet metal. Hope you enjoy Bruneor as much as I did making him!
