The Human Bill figure from the Jazwares Fortnite series was SUCH a great base to use for this character because it's slim and has AMAZING poseability for its size and price point, plus the suit jacket was useful for the vest. The head is 3D printed based on the Journey of Dreams model and I used hand sculpting for most of the costume elements. Sadly I lost foot articulation sculpting the new calves, but it's still really flexible and able to do some iconic poses.
