This is merely an updated version of my Bile custom from a couple years ago. I took the parts of the old and added some new.

Recipe:
Head: modified Phage and a Toybiz Venom, standard Phage head with modified Gwenom tongue. There are magnets so the tongues can now be swapped or even removed.
Hands: Phage and Ultimate Goblin wave Carnage hands
Tendrils: from Carnage and wire dipped in Plastidip
Everything else is just the RYV Spider-Man.

Bile is listed as a cannibalistic madman with the proportionate strength of a spider thanks to his symbiote and the grotesque eating habits of a spider thanks to his insanity.

Bile appeared in an article discussing the increasing deployment of villains as the stars of stories, and in particular villains who were extreme versions of the heroes they faced. The article then speculated how the trend might continue. Thus, if Spider-Man was good, Venom was better, Carnage even better, and the hypothetical Bile was best. Though tongue-in-cheek, there's nothing that would prevent him existing in 616.
