Deciding to go with the Marvel Legends Havoc buck once again from the Bonebreaker series I painted his sun emblem and the the rest of the white paint area. I took a DC Direct Identity Crisis Doctor Light's head, the orbs for his belt, and cape. I cut the cuffs off the same figure's arms hollowed them out put them on Havoc and using some sculpting clay made everything look uniform from the cuff to the end of the arm. Painted the arms, hands, and cuffs gray.
