This figure was inspired by the Agent Trakker figure in the 25th wave. I tried to think of other characters from other shows that I would like to see. I was originally gonna try to make a Matthew "Hawk" Masterson from"Captain Power", but decided to keep it in the Joe family for now.

I'm looking at this as Grand Slam as a special/experimental equipment & weapons expert.
I visualize this gear as a super high altitude Jet pack and laser rifle.

Body: Armored Cobra Commander
Head: Grunt (TRU exclusive)-only cause I couldn't bring myself to open my Night Specter

Jet pack: single card Duke with new paint job
Helmet, small tank and hoses: Cobra Paraviper(He has a lot of great stuff!)
Laser rifle: Armored Cobra Commander
Wrist controls: DTC 2005 Salvo. I wanted to maintain a sense of continuity between the old tech and new,
hence the wrist control
