This one was interesting,actually. I painted the figure to make him look beat up and battle damaged. I even managed to make the light on his chest to look shattered. I cut the figure in half and melted the bottems of each half. I let them dry, then painted them red. While the paint was still wet, I added a really strong super glue on the top and bottem, put the halves together and then seperated them slightly. The result was a gory "I've been cut in half by the Silver Surfer!" look.
