Removed the electronics, horns and tail, and filled in the holes with Apoxy sculpt. Sculpted the big horn with Fixit sculpt and a base of plastic tips, filled in the hole on the back end to shape it like the Mudhorn figure, dremel down some of the details on the skin, and painted dark brown.
