The statue itself is soft foam carved covered in latex and painted the two bases are pieces of Styrofoam, sealed with hodgepodge and painted
The fountain mounted on a scratch piece of acrylic bent into an L shape. The frame is Styrofoam the face and hands are epoxy resin and the water is UV glue
