The Clock King, based on his Batman: The Animated Series appearances, is made from a BTAS McFarlane release of The Riddler. Apoxie sculpt was used for his face and a few other details on his suit. His clock hand cane was 3D printed.
This action figures face kinda resembles Richard Herd at least to me it does awesome base choice and turnout looks great if I ever find one I'm gonna make a Captain Galaxy from one of my favorite shows and one of my favorite episodes from that show
