A customer approached me after seeing some of my MvC stuff to do this one, base fig was a McFarlane toys tdkr joker, popped his suit, arms and head off, popped in Neca's Ryu arms making sure to make his torso wider (that meant creating new sockets for the arms) also put some new shoes on him cause the high heels weren't cutting it for me.
Then it was all a matter of sculpting and trimming the rubber diaper so it wouldn't rub as much on the legs, the chest is almost completely re-sculpted but other than that it was all simple details like covering the fingers on the gloves, sanding and sculpting away the musculature of his shoulders and most important, sculpting his head from scratch.
It was a lot of fun, I'm really proud of how he came out, I don't have a lot of Jada figures but I have enough to compare, he's a bit taller than he should but looks good otherwise (maybe try going after the Mattel joker if you're willing to try this one) also my first custom using Tamiya's top coat, really expensive for such a small can but I can't say I'm not impressed by how well it works.
