The base used the Monday Night Wars Golga BAF British Bulldog.
I resculpted the face to be slimmer & completely sculpted the hair, using some fodder.
The tassels were from a Marvel Legends Malekith skirt piece.
I based the look from when he was tagging with Bret against Owen & Jim & from another match against Owen later on in 1994.
Collected a lot of references with the logos on the tights, done some sketching for the placement & painted everything.
