This was cool to fix up coming off revisiting Aquaman. Even got a shot of them together. I haven't gotten to make him since my early days and have kinda wanted to give him another shot. As always, much happier with this rendition. Thinking about the original Teen Titans, I'm surprised I've never made Speedy/Arsenal. I always liked him and I'm surprised I've never given him a shot. I'll have to check some of his designs.

Head was from Steve Rogers with the hair resculpted. From there, just a full repaint, and all done!
