Following up on Aqualad comes a Tempest design I've never done before. Rebirth was a pretty good design for him, and I'm glad I got a chance to fix it up. Something a bit different from my previous renditions. Those were all mostly color variants. And per usual, there was zero consistency in this design, so there was a little bit of guesswork involved. But I think I can definitely say there are no other Tempest designs I want to try.

Head was from a BossFight male blank with the hair sculpted. Hands were also from a BossFight male blank. Feet were from Ryu and the upper legs were from Black Knight. Sculpted the sides of the legs, belt, and the full torso armor. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
