I'm not sure why, but I love pumpkinhead designs. If I could, I'd be making tons of them. I had one assembled that was very MMO inspired once, but never got around to doing the rest of the sculpting or painting him. I did the Tactics Ogre one a year or two ago. I've also wanted to do a mage design. With Halloween coming up I knew I needed to finally pull the trigger on something, and settled on this. I saw it in a Beat Em Up recently, though I quickly forgot which one. So, I couldn't even use that for reference. I'm more used to sculpting and painting stone, so I couldn't nail the tree look. Still, though, I'm pretty happy with how it came out.

Head was an old cast. Not sure from where. But just grab the pumpkin head from BossFightStudio. I think it's in one of the skeleton kits, but Vitruvian Armory will have it. Works just as well, at least. Fully sculpted the upper arms, upper legs, and entire torso. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
