Ultra Boy is another Superman type, but with the interesting detail that he can only use one power at a time. A nice way of limiting an overpowered character. But that also makes him fairly redundant when Mon-El and Superboy are both around and way more popular. So, he's only really made brief cameos in their TV appearances, and is more of a guy who's just around as opposed to a major player. His Imperial Guard counterpart is Smasher.

Head was from Steve Rogers with the hair resculpted. arms were from Gladiator. Sculpted the belt and top of the boots. Full repaint, and all done!
