Used the available modern Polaris then repainted (by hand) with Vallejo, Army Painter Warpaints, & Turbo Dork. Used plastic craft wire for her laces & her "belt," as well as with some green stuff for her gauntlets. The head is a custom painted one that I love that I got online. I got her bust online as a 3d printed piece but it didn't fit so I carved out the skull & cloth over the chest & modded it to fit over the original piece. Clipped & attached toothpick ends to make the horns on the skull. Cape is from a white queen figure.
Tyty! She was my third custom & what seemed like a HUGE project at the time, so I appreciate it! Still got a lot to learn but this site is great for that.
Thank you! I really liked her look as featured on X-Men #50, & in looking for references I found that her representations had a lot of artist dependent variance, with most of them unfortunately being watered down derivatives. So I tried to do the best I could to honor what I liked about that original appearance.
