Neca mirage tmnt 2008 and 2017 Neca arcade turtle kitbash for the body. Playmates vintage turtle head, resculpted and modified. Neca arcade turtle articulated bandanna. Knees modified so he can stand straighter. I had to create a peg for the bicep so I could use the arcade turtles bicep with the mirage elbow and fore arm then sculpted over.
