Modok (Incredible Hulk) Custom Action Figure
I wasn't going to make this custom for my "The Incredible Hulk's Greatest Hits" series because I didn't see anyway of doing better than the MODOK build-a-figure Toybiz put out. But, I figured since I had gone this far, why not. So, I decided to build this one mostly from scratch starting off with a large plastic cup from Taco Bell. I scetched out the face with a sharpie on the front of the cup and then started sculpting that up. added arms from Annihulus and the legs are from the baf MODOK. everything else is buttons, googly eyes, rubber bands, craft wire, you name it! The flame/thruster base is made from a pet food bowl with a dow rod with paper maiche and hot glue holding that. the smoke effect is newspaper and some plastic rock formations I found at the hobby store. He stands 15" with the base. I hand painted it and airbrushed it for some shading. Took me a month to finish it. Wips are posted over at Toy Soup. Thanks for looking...FF!  Please wait... |

Madtinker76...Hey, that means a lot Mad! and you are definitely right about the Taco Bell experience. Acutally that was the last time I ate there and that cup I used for this is what I had to remind me of that torturuous night of the 7 Layer Burrito and Chicken Qeusidillas that would not die!
