Toy Series:Marvel Legends

Base Figure:SMC Web Splashing Spider-Man
Height:6.00 inches
Kyle's Iron Suit Spider-Man, D.O.B. 11/27/06.

I hated this character design at first but now i like it alot. I think its the best alternate spidey since the symbiot. I did 2 of these at the exact same time (never done that) they both came out exatly the same. I love the way it turned out. Alot of work went into them. The robotic legs are fully posable and removable. And the base is custom made.

Recipe:
Robotic legs made from packaging twist ties and sculpt.
Eyes and back peice are scuplted.
painted with Testors metal flake enamel after a flat red acylic coat of tamiya.
Sanded down all the joints so if the paint deos come off all it will show is more red.
base is from my old ML monsters box Frank (now Ultimate Thor)
after it dried I sealed it and clear couted the base for gloss finnish.

That emblem is very impressive for free hand. I don't see how you guys do that. Those lines look so straight then even narrow to points. I rearranged the pics for you. I like that you always pre-size them for me so I never have to crop and resize them

I've been having difficulty with my silver paint to do the undercoat on her costume. That and I couldn't get a proper shape for her back throwing bladed thingies forever.

You know, I think I'm going to sell Spartan and Marlowe together. Neither are super great in my opinion and it might boost my rep a little. That and I was thinking of remaking them anyway.

All my auctions end at Midnight or later central time. No problem there for people that buy action figures online

well of course there that too. thats why I pay the 10 cent fee to scedule all my auctions to end at 6:00pm here and thta would be around 9:00 on the east coast. It seems to be working out. and VP, KEEP THAT darn BOBA and GRIFTER too. If I ever see them on a website I will out bid all with a fake account and never pay..lol..

really? I could sworn read about commisions on your profile? maybe it was e-freeze or toymakerB? never mind that then. Thats the thing man, I never sold my favorite customs. like deadpool or snake eyes from contest. I just sell the ones I can go without. But prople contact me every other day. One dude has me making the entire Unjustice League for 100 bucks a pop. I geuss they just like my work. I can just imagine how many people contact the top eBayers like Darth Leon or Cals Customs. I think they sell high cuz they can say in their auctions that "I was in toy Fare issue number blah blah blah" That what we need to do. Is get in that darn mag so we can brag more in our auctions. But I'm happy with my a website cash I get. its fun anyway right. Yeh sometimes I don't get it. like some newbie makes a Jim lee cyclops with crappy pics and it tops out at 20 bids and 95 bucks. Then I make that in my opinion is better and I take beutifull pics and it tops at $40. but then the same dude contacts me and offers 200 bones for an iron spidey that took half as long as cyclops. WHATEVER.

But how will I do my Boba Fett comic in the future if I sell the star?

Well, I finished my Painkiller Jane (well, I just have to sculpt her hair) and now I don't know if I want to sell her or not...the paint is flawlessly smooth (love Citadel!) and if the hair comes out nicely then I don't know...
I wanted to sell her because I'm just going to make another one later with a skimpier outfit, but I don't know!

Man, this one looks really cool. How did you paint the emblem on his chest? Did you free hand it, or cut out a template and paint it in?

Oh yeah, the arms are cooool, there's got to be a figure somewhere with those type of cors so you don't have to make them out of twisty-ties everytime
