Norman Osborn. Blah Blah, description here about how this is the same body as the Scarecrow I did but I didn't want it anymore so I made Norman with the head from the ML 13 Green Goblin variant. I was going to paint the suit but I thought, "What if I do want this one after x amount of time? I can still use the suit body!" So, I didn't.

I had to use to bearing shields from my skateboard wheels to keep his head up on the peg so it looked "normal". You can see them in the second picture.
