This was actually pretty simple to do. I used a regular Johnny Storm (Flame Off) and sanded away 2 of his fingers on each hand. I then sanded a gap in between the front of his boots and smoothed it out with Fixit Sculpt. I added a bit of sculpt to the back of his foot to imitate the Wagner Heel. The shoulder pads were sculpted with "Green Stuff" in order to allow flexibility. I sanded down the flame on the head and sculpted the hair and elf-like ears. The tail was made by taking a twist tie (that keep our beloved figures bound before we tear them out of a package) and sculpting the arrow head like tail tip on the end. The rest is painting history.
