Codebreaker base. Reworked the head. Gave hot glue hair. trimmed the sleeves and swapped hands. Cigar is a straw filled with glue.

The newspaper was made of articles found on the internet and composited. The Elektra Picture is an original work by L.Roy (he can draw too!) The original can be found at his website. PM me for a link.
