Thanks guys! You make me blush!
The cape isn't felt, actually. I find that one of the best materials for customs at this scale is nothing more than inexspensive t-shirt fabric. I buy a new XL t-shirt at a store like Dollar General or Big Lots for a few dollars and have a huge chunk of fabric that hangs well and resists fraying much better than a lot of other similarly scaled fabric.
And I forgot to mention that the feet came from the 200X Skeletor figure as well.
