Take a marks a lot marker (or any other big marker) and cut it in half (or desired size) then cut it horizontally. if you have dremel you can add the grooves.

when you get like 9 wonderman figure for 3 bucks each it hard to complain. But your pretty much right. as for the skirt, I cust the base shape from pieces of leather and the layered it with straps from siniser cape. (VERY HANDY FODDER) I use it a lot.
I hate that base figure so muuuuch I don't know, I've just never seen people with that kind of a body before. The knees look weak, the shoulder-area is wierd, and the whole upper-body is just wrong somehow I think it's just trauma from seeing Black Panther for the first time. :P What did you make the skirt out of? I must learn >_<
