I was gonna use colossus, but you have to deal with all of that armor, so I used a WWE figure since it was in-scale and already had the right haircut! Mainly a repaint with foamy sheets for his belt.

This R.O. figure made a great Neutron/Quasar. And your belt is the right size. I made mine too big!
