In this alternate future of the Dark Knight universe Batman is nearly killed in a final showdown with the Joker when Harley Quinn uses herself as a human bomb to save the Joker. Wayne is severely injured and put into stasis after his death is reported as a plane accident. 50 years later Terry McGinnis is on the run from the police after being blamed for the murder of his family when he is chased to the ruins of Wayne Manor.
It was here that he falls into the remains of the Batcave and finds it running on emergency power and that his arrival has restarted the computers. As he moves through the decaying machinery he finds Bruce Wayne, only slightly older, in the stasis pod and that it is starting the revival sequence. In a panic McGinnis notices that an armored vault is opening nearby and finally realizing who this is runs to see what is inside.
Inside are 2 items. A Batsuit made of nanomachines and the tattered remains of the Joker's coat which is the only surviving momento from Batman's collection. As McGinnis touches the suit it latches onto him and soon engulfs him before vanishing after implanting itself in his central nervous system. As he staggers backwards in horror he touches the Joker's coat and with his body in a state of flux absorbs the coat as well to both add to the suit and gains and infusion of the Joker's DNA.
As he staggers out of the vault he is confronted by Wayne, who is still groggy, and runs past the man even as he's warned that the suit is unstable. Later that week reports fill the media that Batman has returned and is leaving a trail of criminals behind all belonging to a mafia group. In the cave Wayne begins to rebuild and heal.

Its a pretty simple repaint with a belt from a Sigma 6 figure and they eyes painted white. I tried the mouth but it didn't look right on this figure. I might add some pouches to the belt and I'd like to find a few batarangs. The cape is a trimmed down trenchcoat painted black. I hope you like it. I have ideas on how to revamp it but could use some suggestions, especially about the pouches on the belt. I wrote off the head looking like Wayne's do to Terry being his son (hope that didn't spoil anything) as revealed in a Justice League Unlimited episode.

I'd be happy to find an artist to make it a fan comic. I have 2 batman's ready to go and a body for Terry in the batsuit in its sleeker standby mode if I can find a 5" figure head that would look good as him. I have a 5" Superboy head but the face is horrid.

you okay Doc? you went all swirley eyed lol. Well I have another suit for Terry, sort of a standard suit that his batsuit takes when not in this combat form. I also have the 2 bruce suits started. I want to find a cool body for Harley and then Mr. J. I also need a head for Terry.

I'd say no but considering how many time travel tie ins batman beyond had it might work. she could have popped up a few years older and started the Jokers gang. The joker'd have to come back but in a more interesting way than in the Return of the joker movie, though it was nice to hear mark Hammil as the joker again. Anyhow should I add pouches to the belt? they're casts of Solid snake's pouches.

I was thinking like what if harley got frozen in time when the explosion went off can't cope with fact that its 50 years later and Mr.Js assumed dead and so she gets a futuristic tech suit and becomes terry's equivalent of the joker .

Just not Bruce, I have big plans for him lol. I already have the head and body picked out. I'd go with the CHristian bale head but I don't want to have to buy another figure just for that.
