The process involves repainting of everything top to bottom. I got Cyclops head from the Walmart 2 pack, so I figure an X3 Cyclops would be cool. I also gave him a little of the beard from The Last Stand. This is the parts that I used:

Head: Walmart 2 Pack Cyclops and Colossus.
Shirt: X2 Battle Attack Logan.
Body: Movie Punisher figure.
Arms: Hasbro 2 Pack Ultimate Nick Fury & Captain America.
