Sure is, came in a 2-pack with Batman, made by Mattel. There was also another 2-pack that I bought that day that had Bats and Nightwing in it.
The stripes were painted by hand, very, very carefully!

Fairly cetain it's a JLA DCD Superman body, or the DCD "Reactivated" re-release. Still, awesome job on the paint.
