This was a very easy one. Found the new Iceman figure and had to make him into Dr. Manhattan. Just painted on his bottoms and used a fine tip pen for the forehead and eyes. Not too much to him, but I really like him.

what you should do is
Take an exacto knife and heat it up then cut out toes that way they are transparent

wait if yo sculpt toes then he wouldn't be transparent the whole way threw though I think you should keep him as is he is great
