When I first saw these figures I knew ken was originally meant to be Dan. or maybe not. however I bought a second ken to begin my custom Dan. I sculpted the hair and the lines of his shirt. he was painted with GWS paints. rather simple custom and not very accurate to the game source (pants and sleeves.) but I think Dan's recognizability isn't exactly in the details. Hope you like it!
I think you are right, it's like the sculptor had Dan in mind when doing Ken; that grin is perfect! Great paint app! I really like the subtlety of the kanji. I think I might have to give this recipe a try! -Renmauzo
